Our Story
After a decade of working with global food companies, we identified significant gaps in the current production software landscape installed by OEMs. Performance issues, slow response times from OEMs during system crashes and errors, and exorbitant costs for maintenance and upgrades were common challenges. Customers often found themselves underutilizing their investments and facing dissatisfaction.
Through extensive interviews with meat, fish, and poultry producers worldwide, we uncovered additional issues such as inadequate user training, outdated documentation, and skyrocketing costs for troubleshooting, repairs, and enhancements. Moreover, the food industry has become a prime target for cybercriminals due to legacy software, weak security governance, and limited cybersecurity expertise.
